Join us for a relaxing evening of guided meditation, paying attention to our breath and sensory experience, and coming into contact with the present moment. No experience necessary!
Please feel free to bring a cushion, yoga mat, or blanket to sit on (chairs also provided).

This group is a psychoeducational opportunity to learn more about mindfulness and will not involve treatment of mental health concerns. The content and all relevant materials will be kept confidential.
