The Holland Customer Satisfaction Crew was developed as a way to give positive reinforcement to those who go above and beyond their jobs. When a client gives positive feedback, Holland wants to let their employees to know that it doesn’t go unnoticed.
The campaign was developed to have shareable social media graphics, as well as graphics that play on monitors in the Holland Terminals with quotes from satisfied customers.
Superiors will recognize high-performers and give them a series of branded t-shirts, coffee mugs, or enamel pins as a token of appreciation.
I developed the logo marks, and image treatments for photography.
